Pacifica French Lilac Perfume Review | Fragrance Friday
Last weekend I picked up Pacifica's French Lilac Perfume, because Lilac is one of my favorite scents, because it's nostalgic to me. I used to live in Pennsylvania as a kid, and we had a massive lilac bush that bloomed and scented our entire property!I bought this because I thought I'd wear it as a perfume, but I'm not crazy about super-floral perfumes, so I've actually been using it as a room spray, which just makes my room smell like a blooming lilac in the spring. This perfume is VERY strong, which is great because you're truly getting your money's worth. I sprayed way too many sprays the first time I wore it, because I wasn't used to such high essential oil concentration, so I scented up a good half of my house...I wish I would have checked out their Nerola Orange Blossom fragrance, because I love orange blossom scents, but when I saw their booth at Generation Beauty, I headed straight for the lilac! The lilac scent has notes of magnolia leaves, heliotrope, ylang ylang, hyacinth, and nectarine, but honestly all I can smell is lilac...I don't have much of a "nose" as they say in the industry! I reviewed their Tuscan Blood Orange body butter a few months ago, and that is an awesome formula, but the scent wasn't my favorite. This perfume is totally worth the $22 price tag, I can see it lasting a long time since it is so concentrated, a much higher value that larger perfumes that are watered down with alcohol! I really want to try more of their products now...who knows? Maybe we will collaborate for future reviews! I definitely recommend you ladies to check out Pacifica- you can find them at a Whole Foods near you, and more recently, they have been at Target!
