DHC Deep Cleansing Oil

I recently got DHC’s Deep Cleansing Oil in a goodie bag, and I was so excited to try this product out, as I had yet to try a cleansing oil to remove makeup! You may have heard of people using olive oil or other oils to remove all of their makeup, which honestly didn’t work for me because it leaves an oily residue. What’s different about this product is that it includes an ingredient that helps the oil be completely removed when rinsed. The oil is applied dry to the face to scrub off any makeup, and once it touches water, it turns white and washes off completely. I find that this removes all of my makeup really well, except for mascara. Afterwards, my face feels silky smooth and moisturized. I’m a fan! The full 6.7 oz size (this is a 1 oz sample) retails for $28. I think once I run out I’m going to have to purchase the full size, or try a new oil!

Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick in Cherry Bomb

As you already know, I’m a big fan of Wet n Wild‘s Megalast lip colors, as I’ve blogged about some other shades before! I was looking for a deeper red that was more pigmented than the ones I already had, and this was the perfect shade and price ($1.99)!

This lipstick is gorgeous and highly pigmented. I love how long these lipsticks last, and the price doesn’t hurt, that’s for sure! Not only does this lipstick look great in the tube, it’s a perfect fall and winter lipstick shade.

It’s matte with a slight sheen, but I definitely want to try it out with some loose powder pressed on top to make it ultra matte, or even add a gloss to make it look like a glossy lacquer.

Don’t you think it’s gorgeous? I can’t wait to rock this with  my burgundy purse that’s on it’s way to me now! Too bad my Invisalign wears most of it!

This body scrub is the yummy match to the body lotion I raved about yesterday. I grabbed this duo from Coterie for $28, when the retail price of this product alone is $22! I typically like to make homemade body scrub, but since it came in a duo, I was excited to try this just for the scent. The scent is a lot more floral to me, compared to the body lotion, so I actually enjoyed the scent a lot more!

Unfortunately I ran out of the 21.5 oz scrub fast, thanks to my sister who likes to steal my products in the shower! I wouldn’t purchase this just for the fact that I’d run out so quickly, but it was great to try it. The combination of salt and sugar are great for exfoliation and the scent is heavenly. One thing I’ve noticed compared to both homemade and other body scrubs I’ve purchased is that this scrub doesn’t leave an oily residue! HOORAY! That’s the number one thing that would make me recommend this scrub, if you do not like to make your own scrubs! It makes your legs silky smooth in a matter of minutes!

The oil does rise to the top, as most scrubs do, but with a quick stir it is back to the perfect consistency. If you are on the hunt for the perfect body scrub with a heavenly scent, check this baby out!

I was recently sent some Addiction NV products, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect! The product that has piqued my interest the most is this lipstick, a beautiful neon pink! First off, their packaging is amazing. Instead of your traditional tube, this one clicks into place like a button, if that makes sense. The mirrored chrome is also really nice. Also, their lipsticks smell amazing, sweet and kind of like strawberry.

On to the color and performance, it starts of sheer but it easily builds up to a bright neon pink, kind of similar to MAC’s Candy Yum Yum lipstick that they have released a few times. It has a silicone-like slip to it, which I don’t mind at all because it is really long lasting. I find that a lot of lip products with a silicone feel last a very long time on me! I’m loving this lipstick, even though I’m still an orange girl. Now I want them to make an equally as bright ORANGE lipstick! I would basically die.
