For my sister’s birthday earlier this month, my whole family (yes, even my brother & dad) went to get pedicures. My sister got this color on her toes and brought this polish home with us, and I loved it so much on her, I had to try it out as well! Despite having way more nail polish than anyone would ever need, we actually didn’t own a dark plum purple shade. “Vant To Bite My Neck?” is from OPI’s Euro Centrale collection that came out last year.
This applied beautifully in two coats. I used my favorite top coat, Seche Vite, which helps it dry very quickly. Unfortunately it caused my polish to shrink a little, as you can see by the tip wear on my nails. I only took this picture maybe 12 hours after applying, because I paint my nails at night and photograph them the next day! It is a gorgeous color, but next time I will have to use a different top coat. The plum purple shade is perfect for fall and winter, if you want dark nails that aren’t as stark as black, but a bit more girly than a navy blue, in my opinion!
