Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum Review

A couple of months ago I hung out with Jurlique after BeautyCon to celebrate the launch of their Herbal Recovery line. The Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum is a light moisturizer that absorbs quickly & is very calming to the skin. I have oily skin, so I don’t like to use a lot of heavy moisturizers. I used this serum as a moisturizer in the daytime (when I remembered), and then under moisturizer at night to help combat aging while I slept. Even on its own it made my skin silky smooth! I like the way this serum smells, very fresh. A few ingredients worth mentioning: Persian Silk Extract, Whu-Zhu-Yu Extract, and Peach Leaf Extract all work together to promote cell regeneration, circulation, and hydration. After using this consistently for 2 months, I felt like my skin was always soft & looked radiant. I recently ran out of it and I’m sad it’s gone, and my skin can tell the difference. I’m very impressed with this brand so far!

Jurlique Rose Moisture Plus Moisturizing Cream Review

I won a few Jurlique products in a giveaway and have been trying them out for a while now. I was excited for this, because it’s so hard to find a moisturizer that works for oily skin. When I got this in the summer it was horrible for me. I felt so greasy! But now that it’s winter I think I can get away with it at night.

I’ve been using it every so often as my night moisturizer and I do like it better in the winter. I find it to be far too greasy in the summer. It has a faint rose smell, which honestly I could live without, but I don’t mind it. I like how it is chock full of natural ingredients as well. This cream retails for $42, which for me, isn’t worth it because it isn’t something I can constantly use. I’d like to try more of Jurlique‘s products that are more suited to my skin type, though! If you have dry skin, however, check this product out.

Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist Review

I recently won a giveaway from Out in a Pout for some Jurlique product, and I couldn’t wait to try them since they’re a new brand to me! This product is their Rosewater Balancing Mist. I’ve just gotten into using facial mists this summer since it’s always hot, and because I was given one to try out. I don’t know if I’m a huge fan of rose, but I decided to test it and see!

The rose scent isn’t too bad, but my favorite part of the product has nothing to do with the mist. The bottle’s mister is amazing because it is a very fine mist and I don’t feel like I have big water droplets of my face! It’s the best! I think after I run out, I’m going to keep the glass bottle and refill it with other mists.
