A few weeks ago I received these products from Hask. I have really finicky hair, so let’s see how they stack up!
- Argan Oil Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner
- Argan Oil Repairing Shine Oil
- Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioner
- Keratin Protein Smoothing Shampoo & Conditioner
- Keratin Protein Smoothing Shine Oil
- Keratin Protein Smoothing Deep Conditioner
Hask’s Argan Oil Collection is perhaps a bit too hydrating for my hair. My hair gets really greasy within 1 day of washing- dry shampoo to the rescue! I much prefer conditioning products since I don’t use them on my roots. I like the deep conditioner as an every-other-wash type of “hair mask” that I use to replace the regular conditioner. I like the Repairing Shine Oil- it smells a bit citrusy to me & does the job. It does have a silicone feel, so it isn’t 100% argan oil.
Hask’s Keratin Protein Collection is probably better suited to me. I like the shampoo & conditioner, but I still have this issue with getting oily rather quickly- but, this happens to me with every single shampoo I’ve tried in the past year, so I won’t hold it against Hask. The deep conditioner feels the same to me, so that’s great. I feel like the Smoothing Shine Oil has the same formula as the argan one, they don’t make much of a difference. But, I like the scent of the Repairing Shine Oil better.
I don’t think I would have purchased these items, personally, because they were just “okay” for me. I would recommend you to check out the Deep Conditioners because in my opinion they were the best product in both lines. I do like that both lines are both paraben, sulfate, and cruelty free. Did they wow me? Not really…but they didn’t disappoint me either. No harm, no foul.
