I feel like my blog has become such a skincare blog- I’ve been trying so many cool, new to me products and brands such as the Iridesse Skin Care, and have really become obsessed with skincare. I went to a Kerstin Florian event a few years ago and loved the products I tried then, so I was curious to try more, and particularly obsessed with the fact that they have a line of skincare products that feature neroli, my favorite scent in the world. This review is so long overdue, I’m already out of some of these products. But, better late than never, right?
Since many of you are probably new to the brand, Kerstin Florian is a luxury skincare line that focuses on results. Kerstin Florian herself, along with the line, are born and raised in Sweden. There’s a huge emphasis on wellness, and the brand has a holistic approach to fixing skin concerns, while still providing quality and luxury.
The Rehydrating Neroli Facial Oil is my number one pick from the line. This luxurious oil not only smells amazing, but features oils like jojoba, sea buckthorn, and argan oil to nourish the skin. Don’t forget that us oily-skinned people can use oils too…in fact, I prefer them. This one made my skin baby smooth that flows with Newborn Clothes, I ran out of it super quickly. It’s also multi-use…try it on your nails/cuticles and hair!
Rehydrating Neroli Water is my kind of facial spray…it’s simple, because it’s just neroli/orange blossom water- but it’s unlike any cheaper options I’ve tried. It smells amazing and is super refreshing. Don’t mistake these for makeup setting sprays, this is just a refreshing spritz to make you feel good. But, spraying on any sort of spray after applying powder does help make your face look less powdery or cakey!
The Neroli Blossom Bath & Body Oil is another favorite. I like applying this all over after a shower- I typically wear long sleeves and pants and let it absorb into my skin before going to bed. Again, it smells amazing and makes you baby soft. I’ll have to try it in a bath next! This one is a bit different than the facial oil, as it uses sunflower seed and coconut oils, as well as rosemary extract.
Lastly, I tested out the Spirulina Mask, which was the only product I didn’t love. It has a lot of algae in it, which to me, made it smell bad, but it did make my skin feel amazing after using. This mask is a nutrient boost for dull skin, and the algae and kelp used helps improve circulation and collagen production. It did make my skin feel super soft, it just doesn’t smell pretty!
This is only a taste from the line, and I definitely have a few more products on my wishlist from them, and, since everything I’ve tried has impressed me- I’m bound to find a few more favorites!
