Differin Gel for Acne Treatment Review
Hormonal acne has been the bane of my existence ever since I can remember. Most of my acne issues go away with help of birth control, but I still manage to get a few pesky pimples per month and am always on the hunt for new stuff to try ever since I lost my favorite Proactiv refining mask. I love the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion & Tea Tree Oil of acne already, but wanted something a bit more heavy duty. I randomly got the Differin gel in the mail (no idea from who) and decided to put it to the test.Differin used to be by prescription only, but now it's available over the counter. I've already seen the line at Target and the products range from $20-30. They're a bit more expensive, but they really work. Differin reminds me of an old prescription I had for acne, Aczone, as they were both gels and really help to dry blemishes up.I find that it can be drying to my skin, so make sure to moisturizer properly to avoid flakiness. When I first tried this it shrunk a zit I had OVERNIGHT. If you struggle with acne on the regular but want to avoid having to go to a doctor or dermatologist about it, I definitely recommend you pick up all the products mentioned in this post, because they can really help!**This post contains products that I have received for free-for more information, please read my Disclosure Policy**
