Cristophe Hair Care Review: Glossing Shampoo/Conditioner, Shaping Spray, Volumizing SprayTonic

Cristophe Glossing Shampoo Conditioner Shaping Hair Spray Volumizing Hair Tonic ReviewI was recently introduced to Cristophe Hair Care- a line that was created by a renowned stylist whose vision is salon quality hair at an affordable price. This week they just launched at ULTA, so now you can pick up these products for yourself! I was sent the Glossing Shampoo, Glossing Conditioner, Shaping Hair Spray, and Volumizing Spray Tonic. I've been trying these products for the past few weeks and I'm impressed.

  • Glossing Shampoo ($8.99): This shampoo smells divine, lathers well, and makes my hair feel silky smooth- just like I had left the salon! I'm not sure what is more impressive: the product or the price.
  • Glossing Conditioner ($8.99): To go along with the shampoo, this conditioner does a nice job. I used this before I cut my hair short & thought it did a great job (no need for hair oil after showering!), but now that I have short hair, I find that the shampoo conditions just fine!
  • Shaping Hair Spray ($10.99): I didn't have any expectations for this hair spray, because I already own so many and they all seem the same. However, I thought this spray did a great job at holding my hair. I think it's the strongest hold hair spray I have (although it claims flexible hold). It smells decent too, although I don't care about scents of hair spray too much, because it doesn't linger on the hair! My hair is horrible at holding curls, but this spray keeps them looking good all day and night.
  • Volumizing Spray Tonic ($10.99): This is the only product I don't have much of an opinion on. I find that most volumizing products just don't do it for me. It recommends to blow dry hair, but I exclusively air dry my hair. I may have to blow dry my hair with this product to really test it out.

Overall I have a real positive feeling about this brand. They have multiple lines of shampoo/conditioner for any hair need: volumizing, hydrating, glossing, and color extending. I definitely need color extending as I just got my hair done! They also have an argan oil treatment. As you can see, all of these products are super affordable and highly effective. I look forward to hopefully trying more products out- and here's to hoping that they'll launch more products soon (dry shampoo please)!Olivia Frescura Blog Signature 2014**This post contains products that I have received for free throughโ€“ for more information, please read my Disclosure Policy**
