LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review

LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette ReviewA few weeks ago I was gifted the Pro To Go Palette by LORAC and I haven't been able to put it down since. This palette has 6 shadows, 2 mini brushes, 2 blushes, and a bronzer. This is the first LORAC product I can even recall trying, so I'm glad that I had the chance to try it out. Let's take a peek inside!LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review Eyeshadows (Pearl, Shell, Chai, Mink, Cafe, Black)Inside the first side of the palette, there are 6 eyeshadows. There are 2 shades that are a bit larger, Pearl and Shell, because they are both highlighting shades that could easily be used both on the lid and browbone. There are 4 other shades: Chai, a shimmery brown, Cafe, a matte warm brown with some silver glitter, Mink, a shimmery taupe with some extra glitter, and Black, a matte black. Pearl is a shimmery light pink, and Shell is a shimmery yellow-beige.LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review Eyeshadows Swatch (Pearl, Shell, Chai, Mink, Cafe, Black)I wish one of the highlighting shades was matte, because I think it would make the palette a lot better. I also don't really use black a lot, so I would have much preferred a darker brown or even taupe or gray. But, overall the eyeshadows are very nice for any neutral looks! The shadows are buttery smooth and pigmented, I'm impressed!LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review Blush & Bronzer (Coral, Pink, Bronze)On the flip side of the palette, there are 2 blushes and a bronzer. Coral is a gorgeous peachy pink with golden shimmer, Pink is a matte bubblegum shade, and the bronzer, Bronze, is a matte chocolate shade.LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review Blush & Bronzer Swatch (Coral, Pink, Bronze)I am not a huge fan of bronzer, but it's nice to have it in there...I've definitely been trying to use it. I do like both of the blushes that were selected. I typically prefer matte blushes, but the gold shimmer in Coral make it a unique and beautiful shade!LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review Tutorial Eyeshadow LookI created the above eye look using all of the eyeshadows. I used Pearl & Shell on the lid and as a highlight, I just mixed them together, as they are fairly similar. In the crease, I used Cafe because it is nice and matte. I added Mink on top of Cafe in the crease to make it a cooler toned look, which hopefully you can notice! I smudged Black on my upper lash line to add some definition, which I liked because it wasn't too dramatic. Lastly, after adding black liner and mascara, I put Chai on my lower lash line. I like how this pop of shimmer made my eyes look!LORAC Pro To Go Eye & Cheek Palette Review (2)I used both blushes on my cheeks to test them out. I used Coral on the apple of my cheeks, and then blended towards my hairline using Pink. I bronzed using Bronze, but I didn't find that it was too noticeable, because I'm not a fan of bronzer on myself.Overall I'm loving this palette...I'm definitely keeping my eye on LORAC more in the future, because this was a great first impression! And can you believe this palette is a reasonable $38?!What do you love from LORAC?Olivia Frescura Blog Signature**This post contains products that I have received for free– for more information, please read my Disclosure Policy**
