Flower Beauty Zoom In Ultimate Mascara in Intense Black Review
When I picked up some products from Drew Barrymore's new beauty line, Flower, I was most excited to try this mascara. I read in an interview from Drew that this was a revolutionary product...which she was right about! This mascara is revolutionary because it has a brush that can change 3 different ways! If you want to see a video on how the brush changes, check out my Vine. The mascara has a lengthening brush, a curling brush, and a volumizing brush. All you have to do to change the brush is twist the top of the cap!The first brush is the lengthening brush, which is just a straight brush with long bristles that are spaced pretty far apart.I really like how this brush makes my lashes. I find that the formula isn't super lengthening, but it does a good job. On the bottom lashes this is the easiest brush to use.The second brush is the curling brush, which just has a slight curve to the bristles on the bottom.I do think my lashes look a bit more curled with this brush...they also look more voluminous. I find it to be a bit messy when using it on the bottom lashes, so I prefer the lengthening brush for that. Here's another photo with the curling brush, from a bit farther. The last brush is the volumizing brush, which has 2 curves on it.I really like how this brush makes my lashes look. The bottom lashes get a little smudged, so I still really prefer the lengthening brush for doing my bottom lashes. With more coats, this brush does give a great amount of volume. The mascara has a more volumizing formula to begin with, so it will be pretty voluminous from all of the brushes.Overall I really like this mascara. It's really fun just because of the switching brushes, even if it isn't a must-have, it's fun to try! This mascara only costs $7.98, so I think I will be getting this mascara again for sure! You can find it online and at Walmart.
