Once the first day of fall hits, I immediately need to get some pumpkin spice in my coffee— even if the weather in LA hasn’t caught up yet (in fact, we’ve only just started having cold days!). I decided to create a delicious Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup— a perfect drink to enjoy throughout the holiday season! You can pick up your very own Torani Syrups at Walmart in the coffee and tea aisle in order to recreate this recipe at home.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
A guilt-free coffee recipe featuring Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup to give you all the flavors of fall without the guilt.
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup #Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
- 8 oz Cold Brew Coffee
-
Combine half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup and heat on medium for a few minutes to allow flavors to marry together.
-
Strain mixture and let cool in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
-
To serve, take 1/4 cup of the cream mixture and use a milk frother or whisk by hand to get a thicker consistency.
-
Fill a glass with ice, cold brew, and top with your whipped pumpkin cream. Garnish with more pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
The vanilla flavor is essential in this recipe— it compliments the pumpkin and fall spices just like it would in any fall baking! You can also use it to top hot coffee, but in LA, every season is iced coffee season. I know I’ll be sipping this and enjoying #AGuiltFreeHoliday all season long!
Be sure to send me your photos if you recreate this recipe— Happy Holidays!
