Recently I had the chance to Back To MAC 6 empty products to get a new lipstick. I had a hard time picking out the perfect shade, but I opted for a famous red: Lady Danger. I have heard that this matte red is a great red-orange shade, which I thought would be a lot more flattering than a blue red like Ruby Woo/Russian Red. I saw online that Miley Cyrus wears this shade, so I was even more enticed by it!
I’ve been wearing this shade a lot lately. It’s super flattering and the matte texture is similar to MAC Candy Yum Yum, which is one of my favorite lipstick formulas. It’s not too drying on the lips and last for ages! I really want to try this with an orange lip liner underneath because I think it would look really nice. I love orangey reds because surprisingly they don’t make my teeth look yellow. The only other orange-red lipstick I have is Jouer Ava, which is really similar, it just has a shinier finish. I think Lady Danger makes a great spring red. Definitely check this one out! Who doesn’t love a brand new lipstick? Especially one from MAC…vanilla scented heaven!
This is one of my faves too! I actaully featured it in a post as well. Def my go to lip color when I want to get glammed up without having to do too much work. This with some bronzer and eyeliner and you are good to go!
